Frequently Asked Questions

Deliverables

Q: How long will it take for RillaWitt to send us draft deliverables for review?

A: Upon formalization of the engagement procedures (please see below FAQ under “Engagement” for details) and the provision of all required information (“Work Commencement Date”), we will send you our expected timeline for completing the work.

Q: For corporate tax filing, when will RillaWitt arrange for submission of our approved tax filing documents?

A: Upon receipt of all approved documents, we will send you our expected timing for submitting these documents to the tax authorities. Generally speaking, packages will be lodged in three batches, being a month before deadline and 15 days before deadline and on deadline date. For an example, with an August 15 deadline, your filing package should be lodged on July 15, July 31 or August 15, depending on when we receive all the approved documents that comprise a valid tax return.

Engagement

Q: How to formalize our engagement with RillaWitt?

A: Our engagement is formalized upon receipt of the following documents: (i) our engagement letter counter-signed by the engaging party; (ii) our fee quote accepted by the engaging party (“Accepted Fee Quote”); and (iii) full payment of the fee as set out in the Accepted Fee Quote and our fee note.

Level of competence

Q: We have had experience dealing with staff that are too junior to understand our needs or deliver services that could meet our expectations. Does RillaWitt adopt the same practice?

A: No. Despite our sensible fees, we pride ourselves as being professionals and we simply refuse to cut corners. All our technical work and discussions are performed/reviewed by professionals with extensive years of solid experience.
